Founded in 2003, Galleri CC is an artist run gallery which is part of CirkulationsCentralen, an organization that also includes a studio collective for the production and presentation of contemporary art and culture, located in Malmö, Sweden. Since the opening of the gallery we have had over 100 exhibitions. We have shown the work of member artists as well as of invited artists and collectives from Sweden and abroad, and we host seminars, screenings, concerts, performances and arrange workshops. In 2015 the gallery changed its name to Galleri CC and moved into a new space in Båstadsgatan 4 (Malmö, Sweden). The space used to be a bakery and consists of a white room with windows facing the street, a tiled room and a black box (for video/screening) in the basement. Galleri CC has participated in, among others, the Supermarket Art Fair in Stockholm, Art Swap Europe in Berlin, and Alt_Cph Art Fair in Copenhagen. Collaborations and exchange programmes have been organised with Galleria Rajatila in Tampere (FI), WIZARD gallery in Oslo (NO) and OK Corral in Copenhagen (DK), to name a few. Galleri CC is a non-commercial artist-run space and maintains relationships with other artist-run and non-profit initiatives. CirkulationsCentralen is funded by Malmö Stad and Kulturrådet.

For SAF 2016 Galleri CC presents works from previous exhibitions of 2015 by Jennifer Chan (CAN) and Fredrik Hofwander (SE), as well as screening "Loop - A Video Art Marathon" where 73 artists where selected after an open call.  Founded in 2003, Galleri CC (FKA CirkulationsCentralen) is a non-commercial artist run gallery in Malmö with a history of over 100 exhibitions from the work of artists and collectives from Sweden and abroad. In 2015 the gallery changed its name to Galleri CC and moved in to a new space on Båstadsgatan 4 which opened up the possibility to reach out to a broader audience. Galleri CC has participated in, among others, the Supermarket Art Fair in Stockholm, Art Swap Europe in Berlin, and Alt_Cph Art Fair in Copenhagen. Galleri CC (CirkulationsCentralen) is funded by Malmö Stad and Kulturrådet.
