Five Hundred Dollars is a not for proft artist run space situated in London's Eastend. The Gallery was founded in 2009 with the generous support of The Jerwood Charitable Foundation, intially as a temporary space, but due to it's success has gone on to be a permanent organisation show casing the best of London's emerging artistic and curatorial talent. In our previous exhibtions we have shown a diverse range of work from new media and film to painting, sculpture, performance and sound pieces.

We aim to help promote artists at the start of their careers by providing a platform for proffessional exhibtions and the development of ideas outside a commercially driven setting. Poviding the artists with promotional help and curatorial advice, as well as creating an environment for creative discussion and the exchange of ideas.
