SUPERMARKET is proud to announce its third annual edition of the international artist-run art fair.

This year SUPERMARKET will occupy the stylish Clarion Hotel Stockholm on the island of Södermalm, with an estimated 50 International exhibitors transforming the classy hotel premises into a vibrant artist-run art fair.

SUPERMARKET shows “Norden” at ARTVILNIUS'09 – the first international contemporary art fair in the Baltic States 8—12 July 2009.

“Norden” is a group exhibition featuring five artists from the Nordic countries, selected at this year’s edition of SUPERMARKET.

A new platform for art will take place in Värnamo, Sweden 11—13 September 2009.

UNIVERSAM - artist-run art fair
Will take place in Moscow 23—27 September 2009.
It will be located in the very center of Moscow on Pushkinskaya square in the stylish old constructivist building of the publishing house Izvestia.

Workshop for children aged 4-14 during the alternative art fair Supermarket, Stockholm.

The workshop is open Friday. 16-20, Saturday. 12-18, Sunday. 12-18. Fee 20 kr.

The theme of this year´s Supermarket Talks is the Art of the Future. We will highlight the art of the future through seminars and performance based art experiences. What will the art of the future look like? We will try to answer that intricate question.
